Training Programs in Biomedical Ontology
One of the NCBO's goals is to facilitate and encourage the training of future researchers to use biomedical ontologies and related tools in the hope of enhancing scientific discovery. The Center undertakes an ambitious education training program by producing educational videos and providing a biweekly webinar series.

Stanford University's Biomedical Informatics Training Program
New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics & Life Sciences Training Program
An academic resource to educate scientists, engineers and researchers in critical science and technology areas pertaining to bioinformatics and life sciences. The University at Buffalo, in tandem with expertise from the other CoE research partners at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute, has established new bachelors and masters degree programs to support the CoE's educational mission.
